  • Dash Mini Waffle Maker

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 
  • 2 tbsp almond flour 
  • 3 tbsp blueberries 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 2 tsp Swerve
  • 2 eggs 

Instructions

  • Heat waffle maker. 
  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Using a non-stick spray, coat waffle maker before placing batter inside. 
  • The batter will make 4 mini chaffles, you can use an ice cream scoop for measurement or about ¼ cup. Just make sure not to overfill the waffle maker. 
  • When chaffles are done, add blueberries or toppings of choice.
