This Keto Breakfast Burger is a mashup of a cheeseburger and a breakfast sandwich. Fried egg tops a tasty cheeseburger - and it's keto!

Ingredients

  • 2 Keto Friendly Hamburger Buns
  • 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 slices Cooked Bacon broken in half
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 2 slices American Cheese

Instructions

  • Season the ground beef with the onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Separate the meat into two patties, and place into a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Saute the burgers until nearly done to your liking.
  • Top the burgers with the cheese, and allow it to melt.
  • Place one cheese covered burger onto each of the bottoms of the hamburger buns.
  • Top the burgers with the bacon and avocado slices.
  • Crack two eggs into a skillet over medium heat, and fry the eggs until the whites are solid.
  • Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste, and add them to the tops of the burgers.
