Make a keto brown sugar shaken espresso that tastes just like the popular oatmilk drink from Starbucks (but only has 1g net carb!).

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk
  • 2 shots Espresso
  • 3 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 cup Ice
  • Pinch of Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add the brown sugar substitute to the espresso while still warm, and stir to dissolve well. You can add additional sugar substitute if you desire a sweeter taste.

  2. Fill a tall shaker glass or jar with ice, and pour the espresso mixture into it.

  3. Pour the almond milk into the glass or jar over the espresso.

  4. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.

  5. Shake to combine well, and pour into a glass to serve.
