2eggs
2/3cup Swerve Granular
1/2cupmelted butter
1tbspvanilla extract
1/2cup almond flour
1/3cupcocoa powder
1/4tspbaking powder
Half cup walnuts chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except walnuts and mix until well combined.
Fold in walnuts.
Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray and fill each one with about ¾ batter. It will not rise very much.
Cook for about 8-12 minutes. Make sure they don’t burn.
Let cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
