Ingredients

Canned Chicken Crust

  • 20 ounces Canned Chicken drained well
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Caesar Salad Slaw

  • 2 cups Finely sliced Green Cabbage
  • 2 cups Finely Sliced Red Cabbage
  • 2 cups Finely Sliced Romaine Lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese

Caesar Dressing

  • 2/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Anchovy Paste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Knead together the crust ingredients until well combined.
  • Form the crust mixture into 8 evenly sized balls of dough, and then press each one flat into a circle on the parchment lined baking sheets.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and crispy on the edges.
  • Toss together the green cabbage, red cabbage and romaine in a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together the dressing ingredients in another mixing bowl.
  • Once the crusts have cooled, pour the dressing mixture over the slaw mixture, and toss to combine well.
