Keto Cajun Baked Pork Ribs

Ingredients

Ribs and Dry Rub

  • 4 pounds Boneless Pork Ribs
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Paprika

Braising Liquid

  • 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2/3 cup White Cooking Wine

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Mix together all of the ingredients for the braising liquid, and whisk to combine well.
  • Place the pork ribs in a large mixing bowl, and sprinkle with the dry rub ingredients. Rub the seasonings into the pork ribs.
  • Fold together two large pieces of tin foil to make one large packet piece.
  • Place the tin foil paper onto a large baking sheet.
  • Layer the pork ribs in the center of the baking sheet.
  • Fold the sides of the tin foil up, and pinch closed, but leave the top open.
  • Pour the liquid mixture into the tin foil packet, and over the ribs.
  • Fold the tops of the tin foil packet closed tightly.
  • Bake the ribs for 3 hours in the oven.
  • When done, you can baste with the braising liquid and place the ribs under the broiler if desired.
