Ingredients

  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 Red Onion diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup Celery chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  • Place the cottage cheese, garlic powder, cajun seasoning and paprika into a food processor, and blend until smooth.
  • Add the chicken, bell pepper, onion and celery to a mixing bowl.
  • Mix the cottage cheese into the mixing bowl with the chicken and vegetables until combined well.
  • Serve garnished with green onions.
