1/2cupCottage Cheese
1/4Red Onion diced
1Red Bell Pepper chopped
1/2cupCelery chopped
1/2tspGarlic Powder
2tspCajun Seasoning

Instructions
Place the cottage cheese, garlic powder, cajun seasoning and paprika into a food processor, and blend until smooth.
Add the chicken, bell pepper, onion and celery to a mixing bowl.
Mix the cottage cheese into the mixing bowl with the chicken and vegetables until combined well.
Serve garnished with green onions.
