Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pecan Halves
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the Swerve brown sugar substitute to the saucepan, and simmer until the sugar has melted, and the mixture thickens.
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Spread the pecan halves on a parchment lined baking sheet, and pour the caramel sauce over them. Toss to coat well.
  • Let the caramel sauce cool and set on the pecans before serving.
