6Zero carb street taco sized tortillas
6ouncesCream Cheese softened
1/4cupSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
1MediumCarrot peeled and shredded
1/2tspCinnamon
1pinchNutmeg
1pinchGround Ginger
1/3cupChopped Walnuts
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese and Swerve.
Fold in the spices, carrots and walnuts until well combined.
Place a layer of filling down the center of each tortilla, and roll them closed around it.
Chill the rollups in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Place the rollups into the tray of the air fryer, and cook at 400 degrees until browned and crispy. Alternatively, you can lightly fry the rollups in some oil in a skillet over medium heat on the stovetop until crispy.
