Ingredients

Cheesecake Fluff

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Raspberry Sauce

  • 1 cup Raspberries fresh
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute

Instructions

  • Place the ingredients for the cheesecake fluff into a mixing bowl, and beat on high until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add the cheesecake filling to a piping tool or bag.
  • Put the ingredients for the raspberry sauce into a food processor, and blend until smooth.
  • Layer the cheesecake fluff and raspberry sauce in serving cups or small jars to serve. You can chill for 1-2 hours in the fridge before serving if desired.
