With only 6g net carbs per serving, this keto cheesecake fluff is a delicious and easy no-bake dessert. Fun for parties, dessert, or snacks!
What Is Cheesecake Fluff
Cheesecake fluff is a no-bake dessert with an extremely light and airy texture. It’s made with just 4 ingredients – cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
It’s a lot like a mousse. In fact, some mousse recipes will look a lot like my cheesecake fluff. The main difference between mousse and fluff is the cream cheese. Honestly though, you can use the names interchangeably.
Keto Cheesecake Fluff
Reach for this recipe when you are in the mood for something sweet but you don’t want to spend a lot of time baking. It’s a no-bake recipe that is perfect for parties or quick snacks. If you are going to make it for a party, make it in individual-sized mason jars.
Then it will be ready for guests to grab their own jar and enjoy the dessert.
This is also a fun hack if you have kids, too! Store the fluff in pre-portioned mason jars and your kids won’t “accidentally” get too much if they serve themselves.
I love individual snacks! It’s the same idea behind keto strawberry cheesecake popsicles and keto granola bars. When the snacks are cut or already served, it takes the guesswork out of it.
Keto No-Bake Cheesecake Fluff
This cheesecake fluff has a really sweet (but keto-friendly) raspberry sauce on top. There are lots of other types of fruit that you can use instead of raspberry. Make this same recipe with either strawberries or blueberries. Or, make a patriotic fluff with strawberry sauce topped with blueberries – red, white, and blue!
The good news is that this recipe doesn’t take very long to make. Unfortunately, it also doesn’t last very long in the refrigerator, so I suggest eating it the same day that you make it. It will stay fresh in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
Make it last even longer by freezing the cheesecake fluff! It will become solid, like ice cream. Then, just let it thaw and you’ll have keto-friendly ice cream that you can enjoy whenever you want it.
Keto Cheesecake Mousse
Keep this recipe someplace safe because there are a ton of different flavors you can make with this simple base recipe. Here are a few of my favorite ideas.
Mix-in some pumpkin puree and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top. Now you have keto pumpkin spice fluff! If you love chocolate, then add some sugar-free chocolate chips to the mousse.
Or, make peanut butter fluff – just add a tablespoon of your favorite natural peanut butter. What else would you add to it? Let me know in the comments!
Keto Raspberry Sauce
The raspberry sauce is mostly sugar-free (raspberries have their own source of natural sugar, but it’s not much). All you need is some Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute and fresh raspberries. Use a food processor and blend them together until it is smooth.
Do not try using any other type of sugar substitute, it won’t give you the same result. Confectioner’s sugar substitute mixes the best with the fruit and creates a smoother sauce. It’s very important that you use that kind.
