Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Pickles
  • 2 tbsp Bacon Pieces
  • 1/4 cup Low-Carb Cheese Sauce
  • 10 Street Taco Sized Zero Carb Tortillas

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season the ground beef with the onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Saute until the meat is completely browned.
  • Drain any excess grease.
  • Reduce the heat to medium low, and mix in the ketchup and mustard.
  • Add in the cream cheese, and stir until completely combined.
  • Mix in the shredded cheese, and stir to combine until melted. Turn the heat off.
  • Heat the olive oil in another skillet over medium heat.
  • Add a layer of the filling mixture to the center of each tortilla, and fold the tortilla closed around it.
  • Place the tortillas seam side down in the skillet to brown evenly on both sized until crispy.
  • Serve the beef rollups garnished with the pickle, bacon and cheese sauce.
