Ingredients

  • 1 large Head Of Cauliflower
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets, and place into a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower has been finely riced.
  • Cook the cauliflower rice until crisp tender, and then drain completely to dry out as much as possible.
  • Add the cooked cauliflower rice to a large mixing bowl with the eggs, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, half the parmesan cheese, the almond flour and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine well.
  • Spread the mixture out into a rectangular shape on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle it with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • Add the remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the breadsticks have browned a bit.
  • Slice into 16 pieces and serve.
