2 1/2cupsMozzarella Cheese shredded
1/3cupParmesan Cheesegrated
1/4cupAlmond Flour
1/2tspGarlic Powder
1tspItalian Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Cut the cauliflower into florets, and place into a food processor. Pulse until the cauliflower has been finely riced.
Cook the cauliflower rice until crisp tender, and then drain completely to dry out as much as possible.
Add the cooked cauliflower rice to a large mixing bowl with the eggs, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, half the parmesan cheese, the almond flour and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine well.
Spread the mixture out into a rectangular shape on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle it with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Add the remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the breadsticks have browned a bit.
Slice into 16 pieces and serve.
