Keto Cheesy Crockpot Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 30 ounces Frozen Broccoli
  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Add the broccoli, chicken and green onions to a Crockpot.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir the onions into the saucepan, and saute until beginning to soften.
  • Mix in the garlic, and saute 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the heavy whipping cream, almond milk and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Simmer until the mixture thickens.
  • Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the Crockpot, and top with the cheese.
  • Cover, and cook on high for 2 hours.
