30ouncesFrozen Broccoli
3cupsShredded Chicken
2tbspButter
1/2Onion chopped
2tspMinced Garlic
1 1/2cupsHeavy Whipping Cream
1cupAlmond Milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4cupChopped Green Onions
2cupsShredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Add the broccoli, chicken and green onions to a Crockpot.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir the onions into the saucepan, and saute until beginning to soften.
Mix in the garlic, and saute 30 seconds.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream, almond milk and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer until the mixture thickens.
Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the Crockpot, and top with the cheese.
Cover, and cook on high for 2 hours.
