Ingredients

  • 4 bags Quest Cheese Crackers
  • 1/3 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Keto Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Lay a single layer of cheese crackers with some space in between each one on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Pipe a small amount of peanut butter on the top of each cracker.
  • Place another cheese cracker on top of each one to form a peanut butter filled cheese cracker sandwich.
  • Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted.
  • Dip one half of each cracker sandwich into the chocolate, and place it back on the baking sheet.
  • Allow the chocolate to harden and set before serving.
