4bagsQuest Cheese Crackers
1/3cupNatural Peanut Butter
1/2cupKeto Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Lay a single layer of cheese crackers with some space in between each one on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Pipe a small amount of peanut butter on the top of each cracker.
Place another cheese cracker on top of each one to form a peanut butter filled cheese cracker sandwich.
Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted.
Dip one half of each cracker sandwich into the chocolate, and place it back on the baking sheet.
Allow the chocolate to harden and set before serving.
