Yikes! If you’re on the keto diet, it’s best to stay away from them.
Thankfully, there are some low-carb substitutes that taste just like Cheez Its! My favorite brand is from Quest.
These Quest cheese chips are made with a lot of classic ingredients, including oat flour, whey protein, and dried cheddar cheese. It has so much fiber that there are only 5 grams net carbs in each serving (which is about one ounce).

Try it with sunflower seed butter, almond butter, or even macadamia nut butter. Remember to read the ingredient label so you don’t accidentally buy one that has sugar or a non-keto sweetener.

Some people don’t think snacking on keto is a good idea because it might slow down weight loss. I think snacking more often helps keep me less hungry and keeps my body burning fat for energy.

Instructions:

Lay a single layer of cheese crackers with some space in between each one on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted.
Dip one half of each cracker sandwich into the chocolate, and place it back on the baking sheet.

Allow the chocolate to harden and set before serving.
