Ingredients

  • 1 box Sugar-Free Cherry Jello Mix
  • 1/2 cup Boiling Water
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 1/4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Heat the water until boiling.
  • Stir the Jello mix into the boiling water until dissolved.
  • Beat together the cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  • Blend the Jello mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  • Fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese and Jello mixture until blended well. You can reserve a bit of the whipped cream to garnish the top if desired.
  • Place the mixture into serving glasses and chill until ready to serve.
