1/2cupMayonnaise

Instructions
Toss together the shredded and carrots in a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Swerve, salt, ground mustard and vinegar.
Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the coleslaw mix, and toss to combine well.
