Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Shredded Cabbage 1 bag
  • 1/4 cup Matchstick Carrots
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Mustard Powder
  • 2 tsp White Vinegar

Instructions

  • Toss together the shredded and carrots in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Swerve, salt, ground mustard and vinegar.
  • Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the coleslaw mix, and toss to combine well.
  • Serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
