Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken Tenderloins cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tsp Browning Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute

Instructions

  • Whisk together the pickle juice, heavy whipping cream, browning seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, Swerve and salt and pepper to taste until well combined.
  • Place the chicken into the mixture and toss to coat well.
  • Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill, and grill the chicken nuggets until completely cooked through.
