Make the popular Chick-fil-A grilled chicken nuggets at home! You can’t stop eating these keto chicken nuggets – they taste authentic.

Keto Chicken Nuggets
This recipe took a lot of trial and error because I wanted to get it just right. And I finally did it!

These nuggets have the same slightly sweet flavor as Chick-fil-A nuggets but cost less and have fewer carbs. Plus, when you make them at home, you control how they taste!
You can make them as spicy, tangy, or sweet as you like.
Chicken nuggets aren’t just for kids! They make a fun lunch, healthy snack, or a tasty salad topping.
I think these grilled nuggets are one of my favorites! But I’ll always like both my Keto Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets and Keto Nuggets With Canned Chicken too.
Copycat Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Nuggets
It’s no secret that I love Chick-fil-A. And while I know it’s possible to stay in ketosis and eat there, I feel more in control when I make copycat food at home.

Add these grilled chicken nuggets to your list of copycat recipes that taste just like the real thing. You could eat them with a side of Keto Chick-Fil-A Copycat Slaw or a Copycat Keto Chick-Fil-A Cobb Salad.
And if you really love chicken, then make a Keto Chick-Fil-A Copycat Chicken Salad. Then, enjoy all of it with a glass of Keto Sweet Tea.
Chick-Fil-A Nuggets Recipe
Other than the flavor, the other fantastic thing about this recipe is that there are only 2 grams net carbs in each serving, and it makes 4 servings. So, you could eat the entire batch and still stay in ketosis! (But you’d be really full!).

There are a couple ingredients that make these nuggets taste authentic. First, you have to use dill pickle juice in the marinade. Chick-Fil-A does, so it’s a must.
Next, add browning seasoning to the marinade too. This is what gives the nuggets the iconic smoky flavor.
Keto Copycat Recipes
Making copycat recipes is the best way to enjoy being on the keto diet. You won’t crave fast food when you can make food at home that tastes the same but is better for you.

I have a bunch of copycat recipes you can make – just search “copycat” in the search bar here on my blog.
Here are some of my favorite ones to start out with. For something crispy and savory, make Keto In-N-Out Animal Style Burger Copycat Roll Ups With Sauce.
And if you want comfort food, then make some Keto Copycat Olive Garden Breadsticks and Keto Copycat Cracker Barrel Chicken and Dumplings.
For breakfast, you can’t go wrong with a Keto Sausage and Egg McGriddle Copycat.
How To Store Nuggets
Save extra gluten-free chicken nuggets for your meal prep later in the week. Add them on top of a chopped keto cobb salad or just eat them like they are.

These nuggets will stay fresh in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can freeze them, too!
Store the nuggets in a freezer-safe container or food storage bag and keep them in the freezer for up to six months.
