Ingredients

  • 3 cups Shredded Chicken
  • 2 cups Cauliflower Florets cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Bacon

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add in the onions, celery and cauliflower and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the Italian seasoning, garlic and broth. Simmer until the cauliflower has softened.
  • Pour in the heavy whipping cream, and simmer until the mixture thickens a bit.
  • Mix in the bacon and serve.
