Equipment

  • Muffin Tin
  • Baking Tray
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

  • 9 slices Bacon cut in half
  • 1 cup Chopped Cooked Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add a muffin tin turned upside down onto a sheet pan.
  • Place a half slice of bacon across each cup of the muffin tin.
  • Wrap two more half slices of bacon around the sides and bottom of each cup of the muffin tin.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
  • Remove and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Add the romaine, cherry tomatoes, ranch dressing and chicken to a mixing bowl, and toss to combine well.
  • Fill the bacon cups with the mixture and serve.
