Chicken Bacon Ranch Bites
There are just five simple ingredients in these super-tasty and addicting little chicken bacon ranch bites. Bacon makes up the cups.
You can literally eat the cups! The cups are filled with shredded or chopped chicken and your favorite toppings.
I’m a huge fan of what some people call crack chicken. It’s basically chicken, bacon, and ranch.
Some crack chicken recipes are also made with cheese. Well, I took that idea and use it to make these delicious bacon cups!
The cups are filled with chicken, ranch dressing, tomatoes, and crispy lettuce. Keep reading and I’ll share my favorite tips and some ways that you can change the recipe.
Keto Chicken Cups
Other than the bacon, the chicken is the other main ingredient in this recipe. Use your favorite kind of chicken in them.
This is a fantastic way to use canned chicken or to chop up a rotisserie chicken. You can also shred or chop up leftover mayo roasted chicken (or any chicken that you have in your fridge).
I chopped my chicken, but you can shred it too.
And the only baking that you’re going to do is to bake the bacon cups. After they are perfectly crispy, you’ll fill them with the chicken, tomatoes, ranch dressing, and the lettuce.
Easy Bacon Cups
Making the bacon cups is so easy! All you do is turn a muffin tin upside down.
Then, wrap half a slice of bacon around each muffin cup. Keep wrapping half slices of bacon around the cups until they are completely covered.
Then, bake them at 400F for about 20 minutes. Check on them and remove them when they are perfectly crispy.
Can you make bacon cups in the air fryer? Yes, you can!
If you have a muffin tin that will fit in the air fryer basket, wrap the bacon around each cup and air fry them at 400F for about 10-15 minutes. Check on them after about 10 minutes.
Chicken Appetizers
These little chicken ranch bacon cups are the perfect appetizers. Guests can pick them up and eat them without needing any utensils.
I have a bunch of recipes that are chicken appetizers, too.
Start out with some zesty Keto Dill Pickle Chicken Fritters. And Keto Ranch Cream Cheese Chicken and Veggies Roll Ups are finger food, too.
A Low-Carb Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad Stuffed Cucumber is a tad messier. And you can never go wrong with some Keto Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets.
Serve them with your favorite sugar-free sauces.
Keto Lunch Ideas
Serve these crispy chicken bacon cups for lunch. They will taste amazing with a bowl of Creamy Shrimp and Cucumber Salad on the side.
For more protein, make some Keto Japanese Egg Salad Roll-Ups on the side.
For more flavor, add some Keto Sweet and Sour Meatball Kebabs to the side. And a jar of keto sweet tea ties it all together perfectly.
