Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl blend together the cream cheese, 1 cup swiss cheese, 2 tsp dijon, chicken, ham and salt and pepper to taste.
Place a layer of filling down the center of each tortilla, and roll them closed over the filling.
Layer the filled tortillas seam side down in a baking dish or oven-proof skillet.
Pour the heavy whipping cream and dijon into a pot over medium low heat. Simmer until it begins to thicken.
Stir in the cheese, and simmer until melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the cheese sauce over the top of the tortillas.
Bake for 15 minutes.
