5Thin Cut Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
3tspChili Powder
2tspPaprika
1tspGarlic Powder
1tspOnion Powder
Cayenne Pepper to taste

1/2Onion chopped
2tspMinced Garlic
Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
1cupHeavy Whipping Cream
1/4cupChopped Green Onions
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add the chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne and salt and pepper to taste to a bowl, and stir to combine.
Sprinkle ¾ of the seasoning over the chicken to coat it well.
Sear the chicken evenly on both sides in the skillet until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Melt the butter in the skillet over medium heat, and toss in the onions. Saute until the onions have softened.
Mix in the garlic and lemon juice, and saute for 1 minute.
Stir in the heavy whipping cream, and remaining seasoning. Simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Return the chicken to the skillet, and toss to coat in the sauce.
Garnish with lemon wedges and green onions before serving.
