8Zero carb street taco-size tortillas
1poundGround Chicken
1/2cupMarinara Sauce
1/2cupGrated Parmesan Cheese
1tspItalian Seasoning
8ounces Sliced Fresh Mozzarella
1/4tspBasil
Instructions
Mix together the ground chicken, ⅓ C parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
Form the mixture into balls, and place into the center of each of the tortillas.
Drizzle a bit of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Smash the tortillas meat side down into the skillet, and fry until the meat is cooked through and the tortillas are crispy.
Top each smash taco with some marinara and 2 slices of mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with basil before serving.
