2poundsBoneless Pork Loin cut into strips
2/3cupSoy Sauce
1tbspNatural Low-Carb Peanut Butter
4tbspSwerve Brown Sugar Substitute
1tspRice Vinegar
1tspSesame Oil
1/4cupRed Cooking Wine
1/2tspChinese Five Spice Powder
3tspGarlicminced
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients except the pork into a bowl and whisk to combine well.
Add the mixture to a resealable food storage bag.
Put the pork into the bag with the marinade, and shake to combine.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place a baking rack over a large baking sheet.
Remove the pork from the bag, but reserve the excess marinade.
Layer the pork on the baking rack.
Bake for 40 minutes, basting with the marinade 2-3 times throughout.
Place the pork under the broiler on high for the last 2-3 minutes of cook time.
Brush the pork in the juices at the bottom of the baking sheet if desired before serving.
