Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Lily's Baking Chips
  • 18 pieces Werther’s Originals Sugar free chewy caramels unwrapped
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Layer the caramels on a parchment lined baking sheet with a bit of space between each one.
  • Place the chocolate chips into a bowl that is microwave safe, and heat at 30 seconds intervals until completely melted.
  • Mix in the pecans and walnuts with the chocolate, and stir to coat the nuts well.
  • Bake the caramels for just a few minutes until they have flattened out in shape and are soft.
  • Place a spoonful of the chocolate nut mixture on top of each caramel.
  • Let the nut clusters cool until the chocolate has hardened, and then serve.
