Are you looking for an easy sweat treat or dessert to serve at a party? These clusters tastes like candy, but they’re made with ingredients that are actually good for you.
There are only four simple ingredients in them. All you need is some sugar-free chocolate chips, sugar-free chewy caramels, pecans, and walnuts.
They only take 15 minutes to make, and each one has 3 grams net carbs. It’s a really easy last-minute dessert.
Chocolate Caramel Nut Clusters
You don’t have to give up chocolate on the keto diet. If you buy sugar-free chocolate, then you’ll get the all the flavor without the carbs.
Whenever I make desserts (like these nut clusters) I use sugar-free chocolate baking chips. They are really easy to melt in the microwave and they don’t have any funky aftertaste.
I have a few tips about melting the chocolate chips. The microwave is the best way to melt them.
Heat the chocolate chips in a bowl for 30 seconds at a time. Stir the chocolate really well in between each cycle.
They should be melted within a minute or so. If you want, you can use use dark chocolate chips or white chocolate chips.
Both choices will taste delicious!
Pecan Walnut Clusters
Both pecans and walnuts are fantastic choices on the keto diet. They’re full of protein and healthy fats – and there are so many different ways to cook and bake with them.
Get a big bag of them and use them in a bunch of other recipes.
Keto chocolate pecan pie is really rich. Keto Pecan Cookie Cups are bite-sized treats.
You can cook with pecans, too! Keto spicy green beans with caramelized pecans are a fantastic side dish.
Keto Candy
The secret to making these delicious keto nut clusters is to use sugar-free soft caramels. Any brand will work, but my favorite of all time has to be from Werther’s Originals.
I love the flavor! And the sugar-free versions taste just like the classic ones.
Most of the carbs in these nut clusters comes from the natural carbs in the pecans and walnuts. These little treats will fit any low carb diet.
