Equipment

  • 2 Microwave-Safe Bowls

Ingredients

  • 16 whole Strawberries
  • 1 cup Keto-friendly Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Keto White Chocolate Chips
  • Valentine's Day Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Rinse and dry the strawberries completely.
  • Add the milk chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, and heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.
  • Holding the strawberries at the top by the step, dip them into the chocolate, and place them onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Do this for a total of 8 of the strawberries.
  • Place the white chocolate chips into a bowl that is microwave safe, and heat until completely melted.
  • Dip the remainder of the strawberries into the melted white chocolate, and place onto the parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Add the Valentine’s sprinkles to the top of the white chocolate dipped strawberries.
  • Using the remaining white chocolate, drizzle some of it over the milk chocolate dipped strawberries.
  • Let the berries rest until the chocolate has set and then serve.
