Ingredients

Keto Pie Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Butter softened
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Keto Chocolate Pecan Pie Filling

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 6 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 cups Pecan Halves
  • 1/2 cup Keto Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Blend together the crust ingredients until well combined.
  • Wet your hands slightly, and press the crust into a well greased pie pan.
  • Poke holes in the crust with the tines of a fork.
  • Bake the crust for 15 minutes.
  • Whisk together all of the filling ingredients except the pecans and chocolate chips.
  • Let the crust cool, and then add the pecans and chocolate chips to it.
  • Pour the filling mixture over the pecans and chocolate chips.
  • Cover the edges of the crust with aluminium foil.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until the pie has set.
  • Let the pie cool before serving.
