2cupsBroccoli Floretscut into small pieces
2cupsCauliflower Florets cut into small pieces
1cupCherry Tomatoes chopped
1/3cupRed Onion diced
4stripsBacon cooked and crumbled
1/3cupSour Cream
1/3cupMayonnaise
1tbspSugar-Free Honey
1squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, honey and salt and pepper to taste to a mixing bowl, and whisk to combine well.
Stir together the cauliflower, broccoli, cherry tomatoes and red onion in a mixing bowl.
Drizzle with the dressing, and top with the chopped bacon.
