1 1/2cupsAlmond Flour
1tspBaking Powder

5ounces Cream Cheese softened
1/2cupHeavy Whipping Cream at room temperature

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease the sections of a mini muffin tin well.
Blend together the cookie cup ingredients until well combined.
Press the mixture into the mini muffin tin sections. Make sure the mixture goes up the sides of each cup, and hollow out the center.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
You can press the center of each cup down with the end of a wooden kitchen spoon if the cookie cups have puffed up too much.
Allow the cookie cups to cool completely.
Beat together the cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, ⅓ cup of Swerve and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Pipe the filling into the cookie cups, and add the Christmas sprinkles on top before serving.
