Ingredients

Keto Crust

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar Substitute
  • 6 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Cheesecake Layer

  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Substitute

Churro Topping

  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • For the crust, whisk together almond flour, cinnamon and powdered sugar.
  • Add melted butter and mix well until you have a crumbly texture.
  • Pour the mixture into a parchment paper lined pan. Press down firmly to create a crust. Place in the freezer, while you prepare the cheesecake layer.
  • In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  • Add sour cream, vanilla and heavy cream. Mix until you have a creamy, smooth texture.
  • Pour cheesecake layer on top of crust layer.
  • Top with desired amount of the cinnamon-sugar topping. *I pressed down lightly to get more of the topping to stick to the cheesecake layer.
  • Return the pan to the freezer to set. Approximately 2 hours.
