Instructions
For the crust, whisk together almond flour, cinnamon and powdered sugar.
Add melted butter and mix well until you have a crumbly texture.
Pour the mixture into a parchment paper lined pan. Press down firmly to create a crust. Place in the freezer, while you prepare the cheesecake layer.
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Add sour cream, vanilla and heavy cream. Mix until you have a creamy, smooth texture.
Pour cheesecake layer on top of crust layer.
Top with desired amount of the cinnamon-sugar topping. *I pressed down lightly to get more of the topping to stick to the cheesecake layer.
Return the pan to the freezer to set. Approximately 2 hours.
