Keto Churro Chips and Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

Keto Churro Chips

  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 ounes Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sweetener divided
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Cheesecake Dip

  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the mozzarella cheese and 2 oz. of cream cheese to a bowl that is microwave safe. Heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted.
  • Place the cheese mixture in a mixing bowl, and add the almond flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, 2 Tbsp of the Swerve sweetener, ½ tsp Vanilla extract and large egg. Blend until well combined
  • Roll the dough out thinly between two pieces of parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Cut the dough into triangle tortilla chip shapes, and bake another 5-10 minutes until browned.
  • Add the chips to a bowl, and pour the butter over them.
  • In a bowl, mix together 2 Tbsp of sweetener and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the chips.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the dip, and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
