5Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
4tbspOlive Oil divided
1tspMinced Garlic
Juice and Zest from 1 Lime
1tbspSugar-Free Honey
1/2tspChili Powder
1/2tspOregano
1/2tspCumin
Salt and Pepper to taste
3tbspchopped cilantroplus more for garnish

Instructions
Place the chicken thighs into a mixing bowl.
Add 2 Tbsp of the olive oil, the minced garlic, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, cumin, oregano, 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro and salt and pepper to taste to the mixing bowl with the chicken, and toss to combine well.
Marinate this chicken for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Heat the remaining olive oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium high heat.
Sear the chicken evenly on both sides.
Place the skillet into the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with additional cilantro and lime slices before serving.
