I baked the chicken thighs, but you can make this recipe in a slow cooker or on top of the stove. You can even make them in the air fryer.
No matter which method you choose, make sure the middle of the chicken thighs are cooked until they reach an internal temperature of 165F.

Ingredients:
Boneless skinless chicken thighs
Olive oil divided
Minced garlic
Lime juice and zest
Sugar free honey
Chili powder
Oregano
Cumin
Salt and pepper
Chopped cilantro + additional for garnish
Lime slices for garnish
Instructions:
Place the chicken thighs into a mixing bowl.
Add 2 Tbsp of the olive oil, the minced garlic, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, cumin, oregano, 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro and salt and pepper to taste to the mixing bowl with the chicken, and toss to combine well.
Marinate this chicken for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Heat the remaining olive oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium high heat.
Sear the chicken evenly on both sides.
Place the skillet into the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with additional cilantro and lime slices before serving.

- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- Juice and Zest from 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro plus more for garnish
- Lime Slices for garnish
Instructions
