2Soft Taco Sized Zero Carb Tortillas
8ouncesCream Cheese softened
1/3cupSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
2tspCinnamondivided
1tspVanilla Extract
2tbspSwerve Granulated Sugar Substitute

Instructions
Blend together the cream cheese, vanilla, powdered Swerve and 1 tsp cinnamon in a mixing bowl until well combined and smooth.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the surface of each tortilla.
Carefully and tightly roll the tortillas closed around the filling.
Place the tortillas into the freezer for 1 hour.
Slice the tortillas into spirals.
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Saute the cinnamon cream cheese bites in the butter until browned and crispy on the outside.
Stir together the granulated Swerve and the remaining cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the cinnamon cream cheese bites before serving.
