Ingredients

  • 2 Soft Taco Sized Zero Carb Tortillas
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon divided
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • Blend together the cream cheese, vanilla, powdered Swerve and 1 tsp cinnamon in a mixing bowl until well combined and smooth.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the surface of each tortilla.
  • Carefully and tightly roll the tortillas closed around the filling.
  • Place the tortillas into the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Slice the tortillas into spirals.
  • Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Saute the cinnamon cream cheese bites in the butter until browned and crispy on the outside.
  • Stir together the granulated Swerve and the remaining cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the cinnamon cream cheese bites before serving.
