1container Lettuce Mix10 ounces
2cupsChicken Breastsliced
1/4cupFresh Raspberries
1/4cupFresh Blackberries
1/4cupChopped Bacon
1Avocadodiced
4Hard-boiled Eggs
1/2Cucumbersliced
1/3cupCrumbled Goat Cheese
Vinaigrette
1/3cupOlive Oil
2tbspBalsamic Vinegar
1tspMinced Garlic
2tspDijon Mustard

Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients for the vinaigrette together, and whisk to combine well. Chill if desired while you assemble the salad.
Add the lettuce mix to a large serving boil.
Arrange the toppings on top of the lettuce.
Serve in individual bowls and top with the vinaigrette.
