Ingredients

  • 1 container Lettuce Mix 10 ounces
  • 2 cups Chicken Breast sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Blackberries
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Bacon
  • 1 Avocado diced
  • 4 Hard-boiled Eggs
  • 1/2 Cucumber sliced
  • 1/3 cup Crumbled Goat Cheese

Vinaigrette

  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Keto-Friendly Sweetener optional

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients for the vinaigrette together, and whisk to combine well. Chill if desired while you assemble the salad.
  • Add the lettuce mix to a large serving boil.
  • Arrange the toppings on top of the lettuce.
  • Serve in individual bowls and top with the vinaigrette.
