Ingredients

Keto Breadsticks

  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Topping

  • 3 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Heat the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese for 30 second intervals in a microwave safe bowl until completely melted.
  • Add the cheese to a mixing bowl with the almond flour, eggs, baking powder, onion powder and garlic powder. Knead to combine completely.
  • Form the dough into 8 evenly sized balls.
  • Carefully roll the balls of dough into long breadsticks, and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Combine the butter, garlic powder and salt, and brush half of the mixture over the breadsticks.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  • Brush with the remaining butter mixture before serving.
