Ingredients

  • 2 slices Keto-friendly bread
  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Avocado sliced and mashed
  • 1/2 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 4-5 Multi-Colored Cherry Tomatoes sliced

Instructions

  • Toast the slices of bread.
  • Place the avocado in a bowl, and smash it with the tines of a fork until it is spreadable.
  • Spread half of the avocado on each slice of toast.
  • Top each slice of toast with ½ of the cottage cheese.
  • Add the tomatoes to the top of the slices of toast.
  • Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning and serve.
