Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Keto Self Rising Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning

Optional: Keto Self-Rising Flour Recipe

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Place the cottage cheese in a food processor, or blender, and mix until you have a smooth texture.
  • In a large bowl, combine the smooth cottage cheese with keto self rising flour. Mix until a dough forms. Using hands as necessary.
  • Divide the dough into 3 large balls, then roll out and form into a circle.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Brush the top of the bagels with the egg wash.
  • Top with desired amount of everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove the bagel from the oven and let cool before slicing.
