1cupCottage Cheese
1cupKeto Self Rising Flour
1Egg
Everything Bagel Seasoning

1cupAlmond Flour

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the cottage cheese in a food processor, or blender, and mix until you have a smooth texture.
In a large bowl, combine the smooth cottage cheese with keto self rising flour. Mix until a dough forms. Using hands as necessary.
Divide the dough into 3 large balls, then roll out and form into a circle.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Brush the top of the bagels with the egg wash.
Top with desired amount of everything bagel seasoning.
Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove the bagel from the oven and let cool before slicing.
