Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/3 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/3 cup Keto Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese to a food processor, and pulse until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  • Pour the cottage cheese into a mixing bowl with the honey, protein powder, vanilla and almond flour. Blend to combine well.
  • Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
  • Serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
