Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Blend together the cottage cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in a bowl until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet, and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are getting crispy and the flatbread easily pulls away from the parchment paper.
  • Allow the flatbread to cool, and then brush with the melted butter and sprinkle with the Everything bagel seasoning.
  • Slice to serve.
