Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Low-Carb Marinara
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 12 sliced Pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste to a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
  • Spread the cottage cheese mixture into the bottom of a small oven proof skillet or baking dish.
  • Layer the marinara on top of the cottage cheese.
  • Sprinkle with the parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  • Spread the pepperoni slices on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Allow to rest 5 minutes before serving with your choice of low carb options for dipping.
