Pizza Dip
Are you the kind of person who eats the cheese and toppings off the pizza and avoids the crust? If that’s you, then you’ll love this dip! It tastes like the best part of the pizza – the melted cheese and pepperoni toppings.
Not only is this one of the best cheese dips you’ll ever make, but it’s really easy to customize, too! Use your favorite toppings and make it as spicy or mild as you like it.
There are just 3 grams net carbs in each serving, so there is a lot of room to make whatever changes you want, just like on a regular pizza.
Cottage Cheese Dip
There are so many different ways to use cottage cheese. You can use it in an egg bake, whip it up to make a pumpkin pudding, or you can freeze it to make a chocolate bark. With all of the different ways that you can use cottage cheese, this hot skillet dip is one of the best ways.
With all of the different ways that you can use cottage cheese, this hot skillet dip is one of the best ways. It’s incredibly simple.
You don’t need any fancy kitchen equipment – just mix all the ingredients together, pour them into an oven-safe skillet, and bake it until it’s hot and bubbly.
if you don’t have a skillet you can make individual servings in ramekins or bake it in a round pie plate.
Hot Cottage Cheese Dip
To make this cheesy dip, I used three different types of cheese – cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. You can change the type of cheese you use to give it a different taste or texture.
Instead of cottage cheese, use cream cheese. Instead of parmesan cheese, use Asiago cheese. And Gruyere cheese is a perfect replacement for mozzarella.
Try it with different toppings, too! Add sliced jalapenos for some spice and crumbled sausage instead of pepperoni. You could also add sliced pepperoncini peppers, red onions, or thinly sliced ham.
Keto Dippers
Serve this dip with your favorite type of keto-friendly dippers. Make homemade keto chili lime tortilla chips. Or for some tangy flavors, make air fryer pickle chips.
If you like really crispy chips, then you’ll love keto everything bagel cheese chips. Or for a larger chip, make keto avocado chips.
You can also serve the pizza dip with sliced cucumbers or large pieces of raw bell peppers. Both options are low-carb and really tasty with the cheesy pizza dip.
How To Store Dip
Can you make hot cottage cheese dip ahead of time? Yes, you sure can! Store it in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to three days.
The dip might thicken quite a bit. Just reheat it in the oven in a skillet and it will melt into a delicious dip again. I don’t recommend freezing the dip. It will change the consistency after you thaw it and it won’t have the same thick and cheesy texture.
