2poundsLean Ground Beef
1largeTurnip peeled, cut in half and then thinly sliced
1/2Onion Chopped
2tspMinced Garlic
2tspWorcestershire Sauce
1 1/2cupsColby Jack Cheese shredded
1/4cupGreen Onions chopped
Instructions
Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and saute until the meat is browned.
Reduce the heat to medium, and mix in the onions, turnip, garlic and worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer until the turnips are tender.
Drain any excess grease if necessary.
Sprinkle on the cheese, and cover to simmer until the cheese has melted.
Garnish with green onions before serving.
