1/2Red Bell Pepper chopped
1cupBlack Soy Beans rinsed and drained
1cupCanned Petite Diced Tomatoes
2tbspTomato Paste
3cupsBeef Broth
2tspMinced Garlic
3tspChili Powder
2tspCumin
1tspPaprika
1tspOregano
Instructions
Add the ground beef, onions and peppers to a pot over medium high heat. Saute until the meat is completely browned and the vegetables are softened. Drain the excess grease, and reduce the heat to medium low.
Stir in the garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Saute for 30 seconds.
Mix in the tomato paste and diced tomatoes.
Add the black beans.
Pour in the beef broth, and stir to combine.
Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes before serving.
