Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 cup Black Soy Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef, onions and peppers to a pot over medium high heat. Saute until the meat is completely browned and the vegetables are softened. Drain the excess grease, and reduce the heat to medium low.
  • Stir in the garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Saute for 30 seconds.
  • Mix in the tomato paste and diced tomatoes.
  • Add the black beans.
  • Pour in the beef broth, and stir to combine.
  • Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes before serving.
