Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 cup Black Soy Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions

  1. Add the ground beef, onions and peppers to a pot over medium high heat. Saute until the meat is completely browned and the vegetables are softened. Drain the excess grease, and reduce the heat to medium low.

  2. Stir in the garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Saute for 30 seconds.

  3. Mix in the tomato paste and diced tomatoes.

  4. Add the black beans.

  5. Pour in the beef broth, and stir to combine.

  6. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes before serving.
