Ingredients

  • 1 pound Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6 slices Keto Bread cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 7 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Layer the bread cubes, cheese and bacon in the bottom of a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream and ranch seasoning in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked through.
