I just can’t get enough of the addicting combination of cheese, bacon, and ranch dressing. I’ve used it in so many other recipes.

And today, I’m making it part of my breakfast! This egg casserole uses keto bread and cheese to make a hearty and filling breakfast that’s the perfect way to start your day. 

It makes six servings. It’s enough to feed your entire family and still have leftovers.

There are only six simple ingredients – and you probably already have most of them in your fridge and pantry. 

Keto Breakfast Casserole 

I love making casseroles for breakfast! It’s so much easier to feed the entire family this way. I’ve made a Keto Breakfast Bake With Vegetables before but the kids said it had too many veggies in it.

I loved it! My Low-Carb Breakfast Casserole was a hit with everyone and I know that this bacon, cheese, and ranch breakfast casserole will be a hit too. 

In fact, if you (or anyone in your family) loves to add condiments on their food, then they can add even more ranch on top and it will taste so good.

Other than the flavor, you’ll love that this casserole is ready in just 25 minutes. It’s not one of those hour-long baking ones!

Bacon Ranch Breakfast Casserole 

There’s a reason that the combination of bacon, ranch, and cheese is called crack. It’s so good that you’ll have a tough time eating just one serving!

 I’ve made a bunch of other recipes with the word crack in the title. My Keto Cucumber Crack Dip is so good everyone will want the recipe. 

Keto Crack Biscuits go with pretty much any meal that you make! In fact, I like to cut them in half and eat them like a sandwich with some turkey and swiss cheese.

So many people get bored with keto breakfasts but you don’t have to! There are a bunch of creative ways to eat a low-carb breakfast.

Keto Crack Breakfast Casserole

Do you like burgers? Then make a Keto Breakfast Burger.

How To Store A Casserole 

This casserole heats up really well, so it’s the perfect thing to add to your meal prep. You can even eat it for lunch or dinner!

Store the low-carb breakfast casserole in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator. For best results, eat it within three days. 

You can freeze the casserole, too. Just place the casserole in a freezer-safe bag or container. Keep it in the freezer for up to six months.

Ingredients:

Bacon 
Keto bread 
Shredded cheddar cheese
Ranch seasoning
Eggs
Heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper 

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Layer the bread cubes, cheese and bacon in the bottom of a well greased 9×13 baking dish.
3. Whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream and ranch seasoning in a mixing bowl.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish.
5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked through.

  • 1 pound Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6 slices Keto Bread cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 7 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
